Anyone care to give up a great whiskey recipe based on malt extract? With helpful hints, please?

"Here's one I've always stuck with:

5 gallon carboy
8lbs of sugar
2 lbs of barley malt, dry or syrup
6 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of Epsom salt
5 tsp of yeast nutrient
1 packet of E 1118"

I've been making lme washes for about 2 years now. I do 32 pounds on 16 gallon using gypsum in my water and pitch dady yeast at 90 degrees.in 4 days it's at 1.000 fg. Works with all lme for me I've done barley wheat and rye all with success
