Just a suggestion:

It would be handy to have a "Mashing" general topic along side of the "Yeast" and "Fermentation" topics to "Discuss techniques, problems and solutions on how to convert starch to sugars."

Posts related to this topic are currently scattered about several different topics ... and it's not clear which of the existing topics would be most appropriate when searching for answers or asking questions.

Thoughts?

I'll add a "third" to that seeing as how I am about to start my first actual mash (flaked wheat and malted wheat) next week.

"Since some serious posters ask for it. Ill send an inquiry to ADMIN (real or not)) and ask him to add the mashing topic.
