"Hi all,

After a year using a small Sears pot still and a short while after building a bokabob mini-still, I have decided to purchase the PSII column. I have a question about how to connect it to my kettle. I have a 22 quart stainless steel Pressure Canner that I am using as the kettle. I cut a 3.5 inch hole in the top and installed a stainless steel kitchen drain with a 1.5 inch NPT male end...this mod was for and worked with the bokabob column. After I purchase the PSII column, what adapter will I need to connect it to my kettle and where I buy it? Or are their other modifications I will need to make to my kettle? Thanks in advance!"

Not to avoid your question but it is so much simpler to use a regular beer keg and use the PSII adapter that fits it right to the keg with a rubber seal. Works like a charm.
