i was wondering if anyone has made some apple wiskey ? im wanting to try it but i have a question about pasturized and un pasturized juce..i can only find unfiltered pasturized appel juce, will this work?

For an apple brandy, or schnapps the pasteurized will work, if it doesn't have preservatives. Probably doesn't being pasteurized already. Better choice and cheaper perhaps would be frozen concentrate. Both with no pulp might be a bit low on nutrients- no pulp, and low in pectin, for fullest flavor? Also, test for acidic levels as most of the drinking juice is not very tart or acidic. Make those adjustments, and you probably could come out with a pretty good end result. Yeast selection is also important.
