Hi I was wondering if anybody's ever tried to make a mash out of frozen cherries?
Living in Arizona really don't have access to fresh fruits any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I don't see why frozen wouldnt work. From what i understand tart have more flavor than sweet. You might want to try a blend. There are several companies who sell fruit concentrates like Coloma fruit and Fruit fresh. Im going to use cherry concentrate to make wine. Im sure you can ferment and distill it too.
Im very curious as to why this forum was abandoned almost a year ago.
