First post and thought I would introduce myself.

Just purchased the Brewhaus PSII 15 gallon, the Gold Kit, some corn, wheat barley and yeast. Hopefully the equipment will ship some time the first week of January.

Also purchased an Edelmetall Bru Burner with stand and a 30QT mash pot. I've received these already and I am blown away with the craftsmanship of the Edelmetall burner. HUGE and the quality is over the top. It has adjustable supports, and for the 14" diameter pot, the adjustments are at the smallest slots. I have a burner for life.

I am 1/2 mile off the road on a wonderful place in the bluegrass region of Kentucky. I have landed in Kentucky, why not learn about moonshine. I have the place for it, a lot of interest with the people I work with, and a need for another hobby. Being a little secluded is going to add to the fun.

My desire here is to learn from you all about the craft. I've been into n-scale trains and tractors, owning each of them, as I am this still, for the first time and with no experience whatsoever. The forums I have been on for my trains and tractor have given me confidence thru their support. Looking for the same here.

If you read all this, Thanks. I am sure you will be able to help me in the future. I will return the favor when I can.
