hi
i started brewing at a young age and after many years have converted to stills as my hobby
i would like to think i am doing everthing right but as you all know thats just pissing in the wind we are all learning and trying to be better at what we doo
i have been double didtilling for a while now using the bassic sugar and turbo mix and have just set down a wash with tomatoe paste and baker yeast to see what i can get
roomer has it that this is a better wash than using the turbo mix time will tell
as you can see i dont spell that well but i get accross what i want too
any advisse is welcom
