Hey folks, deciding on a still to purchase... Leaning towards the breehaus 15 gal, 4" flute with 4 chambers... I will be creating gin, and would like to start small with the option of increasing production once i've got my texhniques/recipes figured out...

I'm curious how much final product gin to expect when running 15 gal batches ( or ten gallons through my 15 gal still)... How long, start to finish?

I can picture fermenting taking a good 6 hours to set up, then a week or two till its ready... Then a full day of running the still/ proofing/ bottling... How much would this yield? Just want to get an idea for my initial investment so i'm not going too small or large...

Thanks
Matthew

It all depends on the specific gravity of your ferment here are some calculators you might be interested in
