Hi all!
I would like to start all grain brewing, as kit beer and extract all taste a bit malty to me.
ive read about biab, and all grain. but am more of a show me how to, person.
so is there anyone in herts or beds, that could show me how to do it

If your looking for a "one stop shop" source of information you might want to take a look at Brad Smith and John Palmer's cd. They cover the basics of several styles of home brewing.
