Have ran several batches getting addictive, question I got is charcoal or carbon for polishing and if charcoal what type and where to buy? also good web site that explains the process THX FOLKS

Although many people call is charcoal, what you need to filter water and spirits is actually activated carbon. The best type to use depends on what you are filtering, but in most cases coal based or coconut based will do the best job.
