Has anyone explored the use of clostridium saccharobutyricum bacteria during fermentation of their rum wash? I have found some interesting information on its use and producing desireable esters.

Has any of you rum makers read the work Arroyo did with this? I have found a source for the bacteria, just wondering on what others think before I try it.
