I recently made these for the boys at work (Fire Dept) I did'nt invent them but if you like biscuts and can tolerate jalepeno give these bad boys a try. It takes longer to cook em than it does to prepare them for the oven. I know biscuts are not that tough but the next time you whip up a batch add 2 tablespoons of minced jalepenos and 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Give em a good tossing and add heavy cream and thats the only difference from a regular biscut but man are they tastey, brush a little of the cream on top before you pop em in the oven and bingo ---what I like to call Mexican Scones.

Y'all got a Safeway store around there?

If not, here is the brand we get locally, and it is available online;

http://www.salsaexpress....bp7pas5rUCFQKoPAodRG0A-w

http://www.amazon.com/Te...-Jalapenos/dp/B0017I8URO

There are recipies out there too;

http://www.cooks.com/rec...36,152187-235203,00.html - I did this one once, but I went back to the commercial ones as 2012 didn't grant us a large jalapeno yield..and I cook them into every thing here, pulled pork, collards, you name it.. Even omelets for the stout at breakfast..
