please give us this information where it applys if you are asking questions

! - Are you in pot or reflux mode
2 - how many gallon batch are you fermenting or how much is in the boiler
3 - what heat source are you using and what are you using to vary it.
4 - is your still or fermenter insulated and where are you doing the process
5 - What yeast are you using
6 - Do you have a tripple scale hydrometer
7 - Proportions of grains, sugar and water
8 - Original and final gravity-- potential alcohol
