I have a mash fermenting right now and its been goin for a week and is still bubbling I use a store bought bread yeast...can I add some turbo yeast to speed up the process....oh yea I used a can of tomato paste as a yeast nutrient

IMO you would be wasteing your turbo yeast. Yes it would most likely take off and be done in a day or two but what you have going now will be a better product when run slow.
Bread yeast works well if you let it finish. Best thing to do is start another fermentation that way you won't have to wait so long in between runs.

Generally, Yeast is is a process for making a bread, mostly yeast is considered as a symbiotically in organisms it is also intoxicating some fluids. However, you can add more yeast if it is necessary.
