I was wondering if anyone could help me with a basic recipe. To make a 5 gal batch what is a good ratio of corn meal to sugar should I use and how much. Also, how many packets of bakers yeast should I use? Thanks

I am new too Tenags. I see you've had 205 views but no one seems to have a simple, basic recipe using corn meal. Must be one of the biggest secrets. Help Tenags please. By helping him, you help all us new folks.

Hi Tenags, There are quite a few recipes in the recipe section. You could use heelers from this thread;
