well I did my first run, a sugar wash with Turbo 48. I know turbo is not the way to go but for a first run it works. I did a 6 gallon with 10# of sugar, OG was 1.065 FG was all messed up but showed 1.026. Ran for 7 hrs and pulled 2.75 Qts when I shut it down. pitched the first 100 ml on the fire pit, doing 200 ml cuts ran 2 Qts at 94% and a pint of 92%. I think it was a damn good run for a first time. Looking good for first run... How long was your run time once you got it up to temp and started the water?
