I am an AG brewer. I find it fun making my own extract, just cannot beat the smell.

Well ... my wife and kids will disagree on that one. After my first AG, which I dutifully preformed in the kitchen, the entire house smelled like steamed malt ... I have since been cast into the garage!Wink
