Just getting into distilling and hoping to learn as much as i can on here. just received my copper still on sat and going to start a fermentation tues with distillation the following week. hopefully all goes well.

Sounds like the Port Jervis area or thereabouts. I used to do some hunting on the state game lands on the PA side (north of 84) ... my cousin used to have a cabin up there ... and we did some fishing in the water gap. You have some beautiful scenery nearby ... one (really quick) drive through Camden or Newark would make you think you were in a different country altogether in that corner of Jersey.

im pretty close to port jervis. the area is great up here and i actually work in Newark, its a shame that most people think that all of NJ looks like that
