New to the board and a virgin of the hobby. I am still kicking around the idea of buying my first still. I have found this forum very informative and helpful. I am thinking I want to strictly run brandy; but I am not sure if I want to try it from wine (if possible) or if I want to purchase organic fruits during the winter months and pick berries during the warmer months (from PA).
