Love this site. I've been reading it for a couple of weeks and got a lot of great info. I'm making my first run today with a PS2 and simple sugar wash I'll post after the run with questions and comments.

My first run yesterday was a learning experence and went great ,I ran to hot and fast but got 3 jars of drinkable stuff. I am tired off tasting it,lol.

Hey bassman. Sounds like you're close to me if you're on the Western edge of the Ozarks. We had some property in Mountainburg years ago. Beautiful country. I'm close to the Ok/Ar border off I40. Welcome."

South 71. I've played golf in Greenwood and am within 20 miles of Ft. Smith. Good to know I have a neighbor in the hobby."
