"Brewhaus,

I just received the distiller, looks amazing. Before I use it though, I have some questions:

1. Can I store the unit on it's side?
2. Do I have to use the collection container when destilling?
3. Can I destill into a container and filter w/carbon later?"

"Hey..glad you got it congrats. Normally them things like that aint recommended to be stored on the side..least that I ever hear of for water distillers of similar size. Prob wouldnt hurt anything if it was empty. See what is say in the owners manuel about that. Anything made of glass or SS should work as a collection vessel as long as it dont take some kinda special configuration to trigger the hooch flow or something. Should not hurt to wait a bit before filtering. Least that I can see. Happy Hooching.
