Is it possible to run your boiler temperature at 200 +\- and at the top of your column bring the temperature back down to 172deg and Output to a condensing. Column. The reason I ask is I want to build a continuous run still with a small boiler, will this speed up the process or just waste heat?

How do you intend to make cuts on a continous? Continous stills are used comercially to make bad tasting booze that gives a wicked hangover.

That being said they way you are talking about running your still is how a reflux column is run. Its temp at the take off point that is important, not boiler temp.
Heres a video on how to run a Hillbilly flute to show you what i mean.
