Okay, there are some threads on Carbon Filtering, but no one seems to go into the how of it.

The only commercial filter I found was the Z-filter on the still spirits webpage. It doesn't appear if brewhaus sells one. Does anyone who uses the pro-design carbon filter? If so, can you tell us how? Also, if you are redistilling do you carbon filter in between redistilling?

Thanks in Advance

Redestill the tails . Never bother with filtering . Use well water. Product is really good anyway Tongue

If you where in a competition or something for who could make the absolute best stuff might filter and redestill. Just never found it worth the effort since make better then commercial everclear anyway.
