Used following 7 lbs cracked corn cooked to glue consistency cooled to 145f added 3 lbs malted ground barley. allowed to stand over night in cooler. Pitched bakers yeast. Hydrometer measured 4%. Placed in fermenter down to 0% in 60 hrs does this sound right? I thought it would take longer with the temp of the wash hanging around 72f haven't run it yet might be 3 days till I get the time
