"Of all the liquors, tequila is perhaps the most misunderstood. Even hardcore alcoholics turn into shivering bitches at the prospect of doing a tequila shot. Well, I won't lie to you. Much of the malignment surrounding tequila has good reason behind it. But like all liquors (except gin), there's a time and place for it, and there's a right way to drink it. Most participants here understand that strict stilling and judicious blending after the fact can render a fine drop from many base ingredients.
Hobbyist don't really concern themselves with squeezing for profit the last drop /dregs of our work. We strive to choose the creame of the crop from every run.
Can drink strictly stilled likker any time (within reason) with out any fear at all really."
