Bourbon is not a recipe its a process. The grain bill is more corn than other grains but still its the ageing and time spent on oak that makes Bourbon. So make whiskey and then age for a year--------bam Bourbon."

Bourbon is whiskey that is aged for 2 years on a brand new, unused american white oak barrel.
