"Grab an Old Fashioned glass and your favorite brandy to stir up this fantastic sour recipe. This closely resembles the Egg Sour recipe as it was originally published in The Savoy Cocktail Book from 1930. It"s a refreshing and slightly frothy drink to sip on with your dinner that you and your friends will enjoy time and time again. Cheers!

Mandarine Sour
1 oz Mandarine Napoleón
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh egg white
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Thoroughly shake all ingredients and pour into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry."

The egg is cooked in the hot soup after you add it so it is not harmful. If it is too much for your stomach to handle psyche-wise then just leave it out-it is not an essential ingredient
