Need recipe for peach brandy. I've tried the recipe on Gert Strands' website using pot distillers yeast, and I can't get the mash to clear up. Any help would be appreciated.

"Gert Strand hmm?

Thats a turbo yes?

Could not find ""potstillers"" yeast.

If thats a turbo you'll likely not get it to clear with out more chemicals (more money).

Don't need extra nutrients with a fruit wash.

My wine makin buddy tells me that EC1118 is his work horse of choice.

I hear wine makin yeasts do a good job of letting the fruit cross over as brandies can have delicate notes."
