"Link to my still. http://www.stillspirits.com/wawcs0141823/stills.html

I just got a Turbo Air Still. I was told to put in 4 L of wash and turn it on till I get 700 ml. It"s suppose to give me 60% then add 300 ml of water to give me 40%. My question is... What do I do with the wash that"s left in the still? Can I use it for anything else?

I"m starting with a wash that has about 20%. I use turbo yeast Classic. To my calculation... the wash that"s left in the pot after the burn of 700 ml, should have about 10%

I"m looking for quality, so should I just throw out the leftovers?"

"Well if your ever gonna make a proper (IMO) rum or sour mash you will need to save that spent wash for re-use.

So water is your current ""go to"" recipe?"
