Does anyone care whats happinin with this craft, we spend all day wurkin and most of the nite cookin,u ever herd ide rather fish than wurk, well ide rather cook than fish SOMETIME!!!! Recipes are needed for us nubees as our forfathers died and took them to their graves!!!! UJSM is a excellent recipe & has given me a starting place! It is the bomb and i will be adding until i have my own wich i will post pretty soon i hope!!! Lets here from some others !!!

"One of the great things about this hobby is that we can create a variation on any recipe in any way we choose.

As opposed to a commercially sold spirit.

What with bourbon needing to be 51% corn and tequilla needing to be from that specific region and all the other legal specifics that need to be considered.

We on the other hand can do as we please or as much as our pantry can supoort.

little cereal, little panela,molassas in the thumper, double run, single run.

So many ways to skin the cat.
