Hi ,
I've been experimenting with making Grilled Portobello Burgers and would love to get some tips from those who have mastered this dish. Here are a few specific questions I have:
Marinades: What are your favorite marinades for portobello mushrooms? Any specific ingredients or techniques that really bring out the flavor? Grilling Tips: What are the best practices for grilling portobellos to get that perfect texture and flavor? How do you avoid them becoming too soggy or too dry? Toppings and Buns: What toppings and buns do you recommend to complement the grilled portobello? Any creative ideas for adding a unique twist? Serving Suggestions: How do you usually serve your grilled portobello burgers? Any side dishes or beverages that pair particularly well? Thanks in advance for your help! Looking forward to hearing your suggestions and trying them out.

Simple works best, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce or balsamic for marinade. Grill them hot and not too long so they don’t get soggy, just until tender. For toppings, cheese, caramelized onions and something fresh like arugula works great, brioche or ciabatta buns hold up well
