"Hey guys. I am confused as Alcohol-chemists (Alchemists) we should be talking in Metrics....20 C = 68 F....room temp.
20-25 C = 68-77 Ideal temp for yeast to ferment
below 18 C = 64.4 F yeast stops fermenting...
and now I just read a new post that has degrees Fahrenheit posted........you get the picture...do you all know how many ass chewings I took from my dad about only buy vehicles that use SAE standards and not metric..and now you all want to use SAE and not metrics:).....come on guys you're killing me, now I have to convert metric back to fahrenheit,,,,gooooood Gawd...........anyway just messing around..............Mark"
