Just got back from the NASCAR at texas motor speedway. While I was there I had the oportunity to sample some blueberry shine. Not bad, has anyone ever made this. I did not have the opourtunity to ask the maker about the product (seems no one knew who made it) and I was to busy havin fun and I know I could come back to the board to ask for some experienced advise.BigGrin

Yes it is not that difficult. Take the pure spirit and soak fresh blueberries in it for atleast 30 days. Next cut the spirit to the desired alcohol level and add some glycerin for texture and slight sweetness.
