O.K. I screwed up, I left my SS Keg part of the distiller water wet and corked it so it would not get dust or dirt in it. Now it is full of mold inside. What is the best way to remove the mold and safe guard the stainless steal? I was thinking of water and bleach heated up or will that hurt the stainless steal?

Chlorine is a good cleaner, however, do not use a strong solution and do not leave it in contact with the stainless steel for more than 10 minutes. Be sure to rinse very well with clean water.
