"When making potatoe vodka , recipes call for amlase is this the same thing as amyloglucosidase as found in Vodka Pure yeast?

"Amlase is an enzyme used to breakdown the starches in the potato into sugars. Brewhaus sells a 3-n-1 enzyme that works great. http://www.brewhaus.com/Complet..._1_Enzyme_p/30002060.htm
I've used it a few times and it doesn't take long for the conversion.
