"Is it true that all companies in the U.S. that sell distilling equipment (i.e. stills) must provide BATF information on their customer list, which provides the BATF with the names and info pertaining to who has purchased their stills...any time the a BATF agent requests?

Maybe Rick could give us some insight on this and see if he has ever been asked since he is the main man for distiller sales in the US.!

While it is not true that sellers must submit their list, it is necessary to maintain the list in case it is ever requested by the authorities. This goes for all distiller resellers, including water distillers.
