Thanks: 1 times
This is my first post on the site. I've been researching here for about a year now. My PS II high capacity showed up yesterday. In my mind I was a child, and it felt good. Excited about learning the ropes and getting into this hobby. After the three part cleaning I am going to start with a simple sugar turbo yeast neutral run. Looking forward to getting to know some of you.

Welcome to an exciting Hobby. I have the same rig as you once you get it dialed in you'll love it. Best advice I can give is don't overload on reading just read what pertains to you at the moment. In my opinion I believe that a turbo is a good first time fermentation to run, pretty hard to mess it up. Just let it clear for about a week after it stops bubbling and that'll help improve the flavor. Once you get going in this Hobby I can give you a few mods for your rig to be able to get 185 - 192 pretty regularly. Stay safe and happy Stillen.
