I have tried to log my efforts but could really use a formal log sheet. Does anyone know of, or have a log sheet?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I've used a notebook, spread sheet, and the back of envelopes, but would like to formalize the process.

try Microsoft XL or any other number of spread sheet apps , they usually take a bit of setting up but once you've done it , it's done
