I have tryed a few sugar washes but I wanna do a run the traditional way with coverting the corn startch to sugar....I have the essintial extractor II attacted to a beer keg...I have a general idea of how to do it and I also have 50 lbs of cracked corn...is that ok to use or should I use whole corn....could someone please give me a step by step procedure on how to do this like how much corn to use for a 15 gal wash and how long to heat the corn and what to add to it...thanks
