"I realize a pot still isn't fast. That said, Im wanting to do 10 gallons at a time. No interest in a reflux still. I have a bayou burner.

I'm somewhat familiar with the different websites and am really looking at getting a column to put on a 15 gallon sanke keg.

Thoughts or recommendations?"

Check out this site....you can get one that is used as a gooseneck on a pot still and if you want you can reconfigure the same tower and use it as a reflux tower in the future, I dont own one but lots of folks here can attest to its prowess and functionallity. Go back to the home page and research it, it cant hurt to look.

The Brewhaus stuff is quality. I'd get a 3" as that will increase your speed of production.
