just want to say hi and thanks to all on here been learning alot and ready more .really love the site . i have a brewhaus ps ii hc and run sugar wash 48 hour yeast . just got 50 lb sweet feed and 5 gal. molasses gave to me .any pointers on what to do or how . thanks for any and alll help and thanks again to all the help and answers you all give to every one here Cool

"any pointers....yes keep your feed fresh and keep reading and learning (in the freezer is best). There's lots more to makeing likker than grain. Ingrediants are a great start so check out the recipe section and keep reading and then read some more.
Go with recipes that are --Tried and True. Cause everybody else has worked out all the issues with them and they are ready to go. Until you know what each component is for dont tinker with em too much just go with it, you'll see what I'm getting at after 10-20 runs. Happy stillin."
