I just finished my apple pie today here is what I did.

2 1/4 cups apple juice
2 1/4 cups apple cider
1/4 cup and 1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup and 1 tbsp white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
24oz 80 proof likker

Boil everything in a pot besides your likker and keep it stirred..don't wanna evaporate any of the good stuff. After it is cooled to under 100F you can mix your alcohol. After its all mixed up good I strained through a cheese cloth and served.

I started with equal measurements and tasted. I added the extra tbsp of sugars and 1/4 cups of juice and cider after taste test. For the amount I used with that proof this is what came out to taste good for me. I used some of my stinkier stuff to rid of it so maybe if yours isn't.. the extra stuff isn't necessary. Now it seems like a lot of powder for a small amount but not all of mine dissolved.. it got strained out at the end so if yours does all dissolve maybe add a bit less... make it to your likings. It does have a little kick to it :)

I really wanted the sticks when I bought the cider but the $7 price tag killed that quick.. If I spend that much on ingredients I might as well just buy everything premade.. And I forgot.. Add 1/4 cut green apple per jar for cosmetics :)
