"Hello,

Just made a batch of bourbon.

Other than soaking it in dark toasted oak chips, what can I add to it to give it a more palatable taste? I've heard of adding some peppercorns, sherry, and honey among others.

What have you found to impart a nice taste?

Thanks in advance.

Steve"
