It has been bubbling a couple days and I will let it go for a bit. I will be puting it through a reflux still and post you guys when it is complete.

Out of a 5 gallon batch I was able to get 1.5 gallons of 75% and .5 gallon of 55% it was necessary to drop the first 1 cup due to the amount of oil in it, the last half gallon was the same ,suggestions here would be helpful,. Also, I haven't cut the stuff, and it tastes just like a sugar batch to me.

Sorry we've been out of touch- CJ had a family emergency and had to leave town for 3 weeks and didn't have access to the internet, and she's in charge of any computer stuff around the house. We're so glad that the recipe turned out well for you- we did a lot of research before we started playing with it. We even tested it on our neighbors for quality control. Our neighbors are always glad to help out on these things! CJ is a microbrewer with some serious talent, and the neighbors are forever helping out and trying any new recipe changes before any contest. Enjoy!
