Production is back in full swing, barely a kiss of a flame and great tasting output.... think next time I will up the smoked wheat % but I think I got a winner, now I just need the charred oak sticks I ordered to arrive and I will be in business....watch out neighbor states to the West! LoL

It's the effect of counter-flow cooling that made the difference. When the coolant flow is the same direction as the vapor you don't get as efficient cooling or vapor conversion, oh, it'll work, but best practices speak to counter-flow cooling.
