Corn syrup type product with potassium sorbate

I bought this product of course it killed my yeast. Is their any way you can neutralize potassium sorbate. Like let mash set a day or two then pitch yeast and not destroy the fermentation.

Potassium Metabisulfate will dissipate. Potassium Sorbate is there to stay.
