Question Where to get cork gasket

Anyone know of a good place to get sheets of cork gasket.

I ordered some from a heating supply shop & it took forever to get & they sent the wrong thing twice. I'm looking for approx 12" squares about 1/8" to 3/16" thick.

John

Any good size automotive supply house will have the sheets you are looking for.

Aquarium silicone, the natural cure kind, not the acid or solvent cure ones are safe to use and last. Put a bead of it onto one surface, coat the other with vasoline, put em together and let fully cure. Take apart and cut excess off, and clean vasoline off. Makes a good seal. I would make a mark on both top and bottom so you would assemble each time the same.
