I hope this will make a tastey carryover hooch?? I used 8 cans of Barcadi Daquri mix. The berry flavor was so much more intense than fresh berries.
Recipe....
8 cans of mix
10 lbs of sugar
3 envelopes of Fleichmans yeast
3 beanno tabs (disolved)
2 tablespoons of yeast nutrients
and a squirt of lemon juice
Added yeast and yeast nutrients about 6 hours after mixing converted sugar water and Daq. mixers. It took off in about an hour which seemed to me REALLY quick. Hoping for the best.... will leave the hooch @ 100 proof, now what to mix the hooch with?????
